Job Summary
Join TECHWING INC. SINGAPORE BRANCH as a Field Service Technician/Engr to maintain and repair advanced semiconductor inspection equipment, delivering exceptional technical support and service to clients across the region.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site maintenance and troubleshooting of semiconductor inspection equipment to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime
- Deliver technical support and guidance to clients, resolving issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all service activities and equipment performance reports for quality assurance and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the technical team to share knowledge, best practices, and improve service delivery
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet service objectives and client needs
- Travel to client sites as required to provide timely on-site support
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Formal technical qualification in a relevant field such as electronics or engineering
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in technical maintenance or field service roles (Fresh Grad encouraged)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills demonstrated through hands-on equipment repair and maintenance
- Excellent customer service orientation and effective communication skills to engage with clients professionally
- Willingness and ability to travel for on-site assignments
