Field Service Technician

• Assist in installing and setting up EDA test equipment at customer sites.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration tasks.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any abnormalities.
• To perform routine PM & CM tasks in accordance to maintenance instructions / procedures
• Document service activities and complete checklists and reports.
• Ensure tools, spare parts, and service kits are prepared before site visits.
• Follow EDA and customer safety guidelines while working on-site.
• Coordinate with the logistics team for spare parts pick-up or delivery.
• Travel overseas as and when required.
• Perform any job assigned from time to time by the Management.
• Involve in any job assigned to support and maintain production.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, or HVAC.
• With at least 1-2 years experience as field service engineer in a semiconductor company
• Hands-on knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Able to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Flexible with work schedules, including occasional weekends, overtime, on-call duties and overseas travel when required.
