Field Service Technician

This incumbent will be an active member of the Sales Support Team in Busch Vacuum Singapore Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary under Busch Holding GmbH.As a Field Service Technician, it is important for this individual to be a TEAM player to support the delivery of high-quality vacuum system solutions.

Responsibilities:

. Responsible for the installation, commissioning, repairing and maintenance job of Company's products and components at customers sites.

. Maintain work quality by providing efficient service and technical support to customers.

. Liaise with customers and internal team relating to technical and service issues.

. Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of service reports and other records.

Support sales to get service orders, Identify sales opportunities within our install base.

. Provide product training to customers (as required).

. Ensure that health and safety standards are followed.

. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Service Manager.

Requirements:

. Minimum diploma or above in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.

. Relevant working experience with electrical/mechanical repair will be an advantage.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

. Effective communication skill, analytical and judgemental skills required.

. Self-starter and ability to manage, develop and execute plans and objectives in a timely and effective manner.

. High level of integrity, discipline and self-motivated.

. Able to work independently and in teams.
