Field Service Specialist

A MNC which is a Supplier to Semiconductor industry has a few opening for Field Service Specialist. You will be representing the company in the field, ensuring customers receive expert technical support and excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair for Gas Purification or Pump Systems at Customer Sites, minimizing downtime and maximizing customer satisfaction.

• Identify issues quickly and accurately, having the necessary parts on hand, and performing repairs efficiently

• Maintain a high first-time fix rate and reduce service call frequency,

• Develop and maintain strong relationships, portraying the company's commitment to quality and reliability

• Communicate and explain clearly on complex technical issues in a way which customers are able to understand

• Execute and complete preventive maintenance schedules

• Provide advice to customers on best practices and identify potential issues before it became a problem and minimize potential issues to surface

• Maintain comprehensive and detailed reports of all service activities, including repairs, installations, and maintenance

Requirement

• Diploma in Engineering

• Proficient in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostics in Semiconductor industry

• Strong customer-facing communication and technical problem-solving abilities

• Ability to diagnose technical issues quickly and accurately

• Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way customers can understand
