Job Description

Camtek leading global semiconductor equipment company specializing in wafer inspection and metrology systems, with expanding operations in Southeast Asia, is seeking dynamic individuals to lead the customers support team.

Field Service Manager (Singapore)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) and team leaders in service operations.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the FSE team and customers to align support expectations.
  • Manage installation plans and monitor tools through customer acceptance.
  • Manage escalations and set priorities for customer support activities.
  • Identify root causes and work closely with headquarters to deliver effective solutions to customers.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual Southeast Asia spare parts and service revenue forecasts.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on purchase orders for service agreements, labor hours, and spare parts sales.
  • Periodic update of spare parts inventory and pricing
  • Oversee FSE job reporting, service trip planning, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain customer warranty records, RMAs, and spare parts inventory.
  • Monitor FSE service performance and plan training programs to support continuous learning and strengthen technical capabilities for effective customer support.
  • Be prepared to travel and provide onsite hands-on support for critical unresolve technical and application issues, while working closely with customers to ensure effective resolution and satisfaction.

Your Profile:

  • Diploma or BS/MS degree in a technical field.
  • Several years of experience as an FSE Manager in a semiconductor equipment company; experience in inspection or metrology is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Solid technical knowledge and application expertise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
  • Dynamic, self‑motivated, and able to work independently, with flexibility to travel at short notice.
  • Willingness to respond during off‑hours and perform effectively in a fast‑paced semiconductor environment.
