Field Service / Equipment Engineer | Mechanical / Electrical

Responsibilities:

• Perform equipment installation, servicing, troubleshooting and repair works.
• Support field service activities at customer sites or manufacturing environments.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical or electronic equipment issues and provide technical solutions.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, calibration, testing and equipment performance checks.
• Read technical drawings, manuals, schematics or equipment documentation when required.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams and vendors on service activities.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records and technical documentation.
• Support equipment improvement, modification and customer technical support activities.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related discipline.
• Experience in field service, equipment maintenance, machine troubleshooting or technical support is preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, electronics, PCB, automation or industrial equipment is an advantage.
• Able to read drawings, schematics or technical manuals.
• Comfortable with hands-on troubleshooting and customer site support.
• Good communication, problem-solving and service-oriented mindset.
• Able to work independently and travel to customer sites when required.
