Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for technical support, ensuring customer needs and objectives are met.
- Provide on-site technical guidance, troubleshooting, and training on system operation and maintenance.
- Oversee equipment installation, repair, and logistic support to optimize performance.
- Monitor maintenance activities, identify training needs, and recommend process improvements.
- Analyze reported malfunctions, assess trends, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage project updates, communicate customer concerns, and provide timely reports on system performance.
- Coordinate internally and externally to execute value-driven service plans.
- Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) set by customers are consistently achieved.
- Gather and share market intelligence and competitor insights with the team.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and support.
- Promote safety and environmental standards across project sites, addressing any concerns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and technical expertise.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Equivalent Engineering Discipline
- Candidate with water treatment / wastewater treatment / ultrapure water treatment experience in any industry are welcome to apply.
- Class 3 Driving License is a advantage.
- Candidate will be working at client sites islandwide and should be open to occasional travel overseas.
