What you'll do:
Perform installation, testing, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of UPS systems and diesel generator sets (small to large capacity).
Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct field repairs, and carry out battery replacement and component servicing.
Provide after-sales support, including on-site service visits, customer training, and technical guidance.
Handle customer complaints, product failures, warranty issues, and assist in processing warranty claims.
Deliver 24/7 standby/emergency support through phone or on-site attendance when required.
Support project coordination, installation planning, and management of customer service requirements.
Maintain accurate service reports, technical documents, and ensure all training materials are kept up-to-date.
Provide training to distributors and dealers on product service, troubleshooting, and best practices.
Work closely with key customers to ensure timely issue resolution and high service standards.
Assist in factory testing for special projects and participate in any additional service or technical duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
At least a Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields.
Hands-on skills in installation, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of electrical or power-related equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-first attitude.
Good communication skills to support customers, distributors, and internal teams.
