Field Service Engineer - TK

• Variable Bonus provided
• 5 days work week (9 am to 5 30 pm)
• Working location: Toa Payoh region

Our client, a Japanese leading manufacturer in specialized industrial lighting and optical technologies industry, is looking for a Feld Service Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

➤Provide on-site technical cares for clients, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

➤Address and resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly.

➤Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.

➤Strive to get up-to-date technical skills and knowledge to keep pace with industry advancements.

➤Communicate effectively with clients and JP headquarter to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

➤Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

➤Assist in planning and executing field service projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

➤Work closely with technical team in Japan to provide high-end services with clients

➤Other Ad-hoc duties if assigned by managements


Job Requirements:

➤At least 2-3 years of experience of working experience as electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, field service engineer

➤Working in semi-conductor industry, especially printed circuit board or packaging substrate industry, is a great advantage

➤Japanese speaking ability will be advantageous to communicate with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders. (You will also receive training in Japan for 2-3 months)

➤Person who can work independently and willing to ask for support

➤Person who is patient, flexible, and work with hospitality

➤Person who is willing to go to client site in the case of emergencies

➤Familiar with trouble shooting and maintenance of large machines

➤N3 Laser license holder (Advantage)
