Job Description & Requirements
-Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with the electrical equipment
-Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance and support
-Document all work undertaken and maintain detailed records of equipment performance and service history
-Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies
-Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety regulations and company policies
-Perform on-site start-up, installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of front-end automated semiconductor equipment at customer locations
-Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance
-Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability, efficiency, and productivity
-Adhere to established work schedules, standard operating procedures, and documentation requirements maintain accurate service records and reports
-Provide technical training and support to customers engineers and technicians to ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance
-Carry out additional duties as assigned by management to support business objectives and operational needs
