Assistant Site Leader/Service Engineer (ACMV, Electrical, Mechanical)
- Working Location: Islandwide
- Salary: $2500 - $4000 [Depends on experience]
- Working Hours: 9am - 6pm | 5.5 Days
Daily Operations
- To implement a maintenance regime for site equipment to keep the equipment functioning at the required plant and airside efficiency
- Troubleshoot technical issues and thereafter organise and carry out the necessary repair works
- Schedule, plan and assign the monthly duties of the team
- Conduct skills training to new team members
- Maintain a high degree of safety standards and create a safety conscious workplace
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings Customer Service and Management
- Attend discussions and meetings with building management and tenants
- Prepare proposals/quotations and routine service reports
- Attend to and resolve technical faults withing the committed timeline
- Audit and maintain high consistency of work methods and work quality delivered by the team
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering/Sustainability/Building fields or relevant work experience
- Able to perform shifts work.
