Field Service Engineer (Semiconductor)

Job Description:

• Assemble, set up, and troubleshoot semiconductor equipment

• Perform on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment

• Carry out machine upgrades and conduct buy-offs according to customer specifications

• Provide technical support and conduct customer training via phone, remote communication, or on-site visits

• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure equipment performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

• Good knowledge of semiconductor machines and related processes

• Understanding of cameras, lenses, and optical components is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented mindset

• Proactive, team-oriented, with high integrity and commitment

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively as required
