Working Location: North
Responsibilities:
- Install and commission machinery, hardware, or software systems at client sites, including mechanical and electrical setup
- Perform preventive maintenance and carry out on-site troubleshooting, repairs, and parts replacement
- Provide customer training on system operations, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices
- Document service activities and complete reports accurately and promptly using CRM/ERP systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields
- Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
- Experience in semiconductor, automation, or equipment servicing is an added advantage
- Troubleshooting skills in both mechanical and electrical systems
- Basic knowledge of PLC, robotics, or automation systems is an added advantage
- Willingness to travel and work on-site at customer locations and overseas
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
