Responsibilities:
Responsible for the installation, commissioning, repairing and maintenance job of Company's products and components at customers sites.
Maintain work quality by providing efficient service and technical support to customers.
Liaise with customers and internal team relating to technical and service issues.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of service reports and other records.
Support sales to get service orders
Identify sales opportunities within our install base.
Provide product training to customers as required.
Ensure that health and safety standards are followed.
Requirements:
Minimum diploma or above in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
Relevant working experience with electrical/mechanical repair will be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Effective communication skill, analytical and judgemental skills required.
Self-starter and ability to manage, develop and execute plans and objectives in a timely and effective manner.
High level of integrity, discipline and self-motivated.
Able to work independently and in teams.
Must have Class 3 / 3A driving license (company van)
