- Carry out on-site field service tasks, including preventive maintenance, overhauls, inspections with spare-parts advice, troubleshooting, and line performance optimization.
- Assist in assembling and testing new machines at global manufacturing sites up to FAT, when required.
- PLC / HMI software experience in Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, Elau or Rexroth.
- Support installation and commissioning at customer sites up to SAT, provide training, and update technical documentation.
- Offer technical support on-site or remotely, and coordinate with manufacturing plants to clarify issues and solutions.
- Recommend service solutions such as overhauls, upgrades, modifications, and spare-parts replacements to improve performance.
- Prepare tools, equipment, and documentation before site visits attend kick-off and close-out meetings record daily activities report completed work and pending items and follow up until all issues are resolved to customer satisfaction.
