Field Service Engineer (Own Motorbike)

Location: Based in the East (Mainly covering East, North, and Central)

Requirement: Valid Class 2/2A/2B License & Own Motorbike

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer to join our operations team. This role involves the on-site installation, setup, and maintenance of technical hardware across the East, North, and Central regions.

We provide comprehensive training for individuals with a strong technical inclination and a proactive, hands-on approach. We are looking for candidates available to commence work by the second week of May 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site installation and configuration of technical hardware and devices.

• Conduct hardware health checks and basic diagnostics to ensure service stability.

• Attend to service calls for troubleshooting, hardware swaps, or equipment recovery.

• Provide accurate site documentation and status updates via the mobile dispatch system.

• Use a personal motorbike to travel efficiently between various site locations.

Requirements:

• Availability: Able to start by the second week of May (Immediate).

• Education: NITEC, Certificate in Office Skills, NTC Grade 2, or equivalent.

• Strong technical inclination and a hands-on approach to technical work.

• Ability to work independently and manage a mobile field schedule efficiently.

• Reliable, disciplined, and able to follow technical instructions.

• Must possess a valid Class 2/2A/2B License and own a motorbike for work purposes.
