Job Title: Field Service Engineer or Service Technician (ID1779)
Location: Boon Lay
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8:15am - 5:30pm
Salary: $3000- $5000

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
. Machine Installation & Commissioning
. Perform installation and commissioning of new equipment at customer sites.
. Conduct machine testing and verification to ensure proper operation.
. Configure machine settings according to customer requirements.
. Provide site acceptance testing (SAT) support.

Technical Service & Maintenance
. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues.
. Repair and replace defective components.
. Ensure minimum machine downtime through effective troubleshooting.
. Maintain service records and maintenance reports.

Customer Technical Support
. Provide on-site and remote technical support.
. Respond promptly to customer service requests and breakdown calls.
. Advise customers on machine operation and maintenance best practices.
. Build strong customer relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction

Training & Documentation
. Train customers operators and maintenance personnel.
. Prepare service reports after each visit.
. Maintain installation, maintenance, and repair documentation.
. Assist in developing maintenance procedures and user guides

Continuous Improvement
. Provide feedback to engineering and sales teams regarding customer issues and machine improvements.
. Support machine upgrades, retrofits, and process improvements.
. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
