Responsibilities:
Handling of all Field Service, Maintenance of Power related products.
Handling of all projects design, interface with client users, implementation at site and relevant duties.
Direct and coordinate installation, maintenance, support, documentation, commissioning
activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies and industrybstandards.
Providing advice and troubleshooting for our customers.
Technical support for customer and partners.
Prepare and maintain accurate service documentation including repair success rate and spare parts inventory records.
Conduct technical training and provide guidance to junior engineers and customers.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of electrical theory with hands-on experience in cabling and termination work.
Good interpersonal abilities and strong customer service orientation..
Skilled in using Microsoft office applications and AutoCAD.
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Demonstrates accountability, ownership of tasks, resilience and effective communication skills.
