Field Service Engineer( Laser/ VIsion/ Semiconductor Machine)

Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues at customer sites.

Perform installation, repair, upgrade, retrofit, and maintenance activities.

Travel as required to support service operations and backfill other Service Engineers.

Maintain assigned equipment base, including primary support, forecasting, and regular customer communication.

Complete service and expense reports per internal procedures.

Provide after-hours, on-call, and overtime support when required.
