Field Service Engineer (Industrial Equipment/West)

. Reporting to the General Manager for the Service Operations in the Southeast Asia territory, comprising of contract service job, machine repair and maintenance business, and trading of parts.

. Perform service jobs in the equipment operation and support after-sales activities of all the machines delivered or commissioned by Southeast Asia Office.

. To provide technical expertise to all under his responsibility and assist Service team in trouble shooting and machine issues.

. To provide service team with technical expertise on machine trouble shooting and breakdown analysis.

. Organize product demo according to the needs of the customer.

. Plan visits to customers and report on the visit conducted.

. To offer service contracts to customers promptly or within one month of equipment delivery with the assistance of the General Manager.

. To ensure a Service Report is filled up and signed by the customer upon completion of every service job.

. To keep track and record all the spare parts and inventory.

. To observe the company's safety policy, housekeeping, and operation procedures in the course of work.

Requirements:

. Minimum ITE Certificate in Technical or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

. At least 5 years of experience in repair/troubleshooting of heavy-duty equipment

. Ability to read electrical diagram, hydraulic schematics

. Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects

. Able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers at all levels

. Basic computer skills, including experience with entering documentation/notes about repairs

. Candidate with own vehicle preferred

. Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm) | Office: Bukit Batok
