How You'll Make An Impact

  • You will offer the technical instructions for the transformer's on-site installation and commissioning in the market and solve the problems happen during the transformer installation and running and provide the customers with the solution proposal in time.
  • You will provide instruction on transformer maintenance, collect customers comments on the products and feedback to our company.
  • You will be assisting the Salespeople and project managers to maintain better business relationship with customers and expand the business of transformer service.
  • As a Field Service Engineer, you will work on key areas below, hands on skill required on transformer testing, assembly and related procedures and standard.
  • This roll will demand travelling about 60-70% on call/customer priority.

  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • You hold a bachelor's degree and above, major in electric or mechanical design.
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience on transformers and spares, experience working within the similar industry is highly preferred.
  • Flexible for business travel local or abroad.
  • Good communication skills, self- motivated on new knowledge learning, good problem solving, good team player.
  • Fluent English both verbal and written.
