Job Description
- Perform onsite maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of steam turbines and compressors.
- Conduct equipment inspections, ensuring compliance with operational standards and safety protocols.
- Prepare detailed service reports and documentation following each project.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and quality.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining high safety standards on-site.
- Provide technical training to client's personnel when necessary.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Field Service Engineer (Steam Turbine/Compressor) should have:
- A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with steam turbines and compressors in the industrial sector.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in engineering and manufacturing equipment.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and manuals.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
- Willingness to travel for on-site assignments in Singapore and internationally.
