Air Liquide Electronics innovative electronic materials respond to increasingly challenging customer demands for improved mobility, connectivity, computing power and energy consumption. We offer ultra pure carrier gases, a wide range of specialty gases and advanced precursor molecules, enabling equipment for safe distribution, purification and on-line purity control. On site, manufacturers rely on our expertise in providing full management of these gases, advanced molecules and equipment and in helping to continuously improve production processes.

The Advanced Equipment Systems Division (AES) is a focused group within the larger Air Liquide Electronics (ALE) organization that specializes in providing chemical and specialty gas management equipment solutions. Team members are chemical and mechanical engineers, electrical and controls engineers, programmers, manufacturing technicians and field service engineers. The core expertise of this team includes everything related to the delivery of process molecules: equipment design, material compatibility, safety requirements, component selection, controls design and integration, flow and pressure optimization, installation and start-up, and turnkey project management.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

Support the technical processes, with considerable work experience in specialty gas, chemical, and slurry products.

Perform hooking up, commissioning, testing, retrofitting, and troubleshooting equipment. This also involves the ability to install and debug software and controls.

Responsible for identifying technical problems and implementing solutions. This includes collecting data and performing analyses to diagnose maintenance issues. More complex problems should be referred to appropriate personnel.

Work directly with both internal and external customers to identify and resolve issues. This requires strong judgment, technical capabilities, and sensitivity to customer concerns to ensure minimal loss of time and money.

Responsible for analyzing repair methods and creating secondary plans to minimize any interruption to customer processes. You will also act as the Voice of the Customer, communicating their needs to internal teams.

Understanding of and the ability to operate and install auxiliary equipment.

Chemical/Slurry Systems: particle counters, flow meters, sampling systems, analytical

equipment (assay, etc...), and system options as appropriate. Gas Systems: gas

analyzers, flow meters, flow control valves, regulators, LSS.

Assisting in training customer personnel and acting as an informal resource for less experienced colleagues, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

Work with a limited degree of supervision, with oversight primarily for new, complex assignments. You will complete a variety of atypical tasks and are expected to perform other duties as necessary to meet customer needs.

Are you a MATCH

Possesses 3-6 years of experience, ideally with a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, along with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.

Proficient in controls technology, including the ability to debug and install software, and be skilled in using both business and technical software to analyze data.

Strong knowledge of safe work procedures, the ability to use hand and power tools.

Able to work in a clean-room environment while wearing a respirator and be willing to travel both domestically and internationally.

Strong work behaviors, including dependability, timeliness, and courtesy, are essential for this position.
