Responsibilities
- Calibrate T&ME, including troubleshooting, problem isolation & provide technical feedback to customers
- Maintenance of the various calibration software platforms.
- Calibration station upkeep
- Perform safety test on equipment
- Deal directly with customer requests and inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction
- Establish and maintain close communication with customers to ensure we capture and meet customer expectations
- Compile OOT report for customer notification or problem resolution
- Assist in maintaining the calibration team's accreditation through participation in proficiency testing, quality measure assurance programs, and applicable training
- Ensure calibration services comply with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements
- Setup new calibration capability for Keysight and multi-vendor products
- Validate the new procedures, use of technical manuals
- Investigate out of tolerance of measurement standards and implement corrective action
- Serve as an internal resource on technical issues support
- Deliver other assignments as provided
Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation
