Job Description

The Field Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading, coaching, and driving the performance of the Field Sales Executives to achieve revenue and acquisition targets. This role combines hands-on sales execution with team management and market development responsibilities.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Field Sales Executives
  • Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and monitor performance
  • Conduct regular field coaching, joint sales visits, and performance reviews
  • Provide ongoing training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and objection handling
  • Manage attendance, discipline, and overall team morale

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive merchant acquisition across F&B, retail, and service segments
  • Support the team in pitching, product demonstrations, and closing key accounts
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and proper implementation of the payment solution
  • Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships

Operations & Reporting

  • Track sales pipeline, conversion rates, and performance metrics
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record in field sales, preferably in payments, fintech, or merchant acquisition
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring a sales team
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coaching skills
  • Target-driven, resilient, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable with field-based sales environment
  • Additional commission/bonus/allowance applies
  • Singaporean only
