Job Description

Role Overview

The Field Project & Operations Executive plays a pivotal role in maintaining the operational integrity and efficiency of Client's Mosquito Production Facility. This position is responsible for the seamless execution of daily field activities, ensuring high standards of quality and safety while fostering a productive and well-coordinated team environment. The successful candidate will act as a critical link between field operations staff, management, and administrative functions, driving continuous improvement and resolving operational challenges in real-time.

Key Responsibilities

. Operational Excellence

  • Manage and track daily technician attendance and staff rostering, adjusting schedules proactively to address manpower shortages.
  • Maintain operational continuity by stepping in as a technician when staffing levels fall below the required threshold.
  • Execute weekly quality and delivery audits (both scheduled and unannounced) to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Drive operational efficiency by developing insights from QC data and onsite reviews to refine internal processes.
  • Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for emergencies, providing real-time problem-solving.
  • Commitment to a 5-day work week, including rotational weekend and public holiday coverage as required (off-in-lieu provided).

. Administrative Oversight

  • Administer technician data in the AGHRM system, including attendance, leave, medical certificates, and overtime calculations by the 2nd business day of each month.
  • Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate weekly updates and cross-team support for the Production team during Supervisors absences.
  • Oversee inventory management of essential work items (uniforms, keys, safety gear) and maintain the asset tracking list, ensuring proper exit clearance for relieving staff.
  • Systematically record, investigate, and track workplace incidents to ensure prompt resolution and documentation.
  • Support Production administrative work operations as required when the Production Project Executive Administrator is unavailable.

. People & Performance Management

  • Facilitate induction training and onboarding for new technicians in coordination with PgM and HR.
  • Collaborate on the development of SOPs and training materials with the Client onsite Field Operations Manager.
  • Lead probation reviews and performance evaluations, providing structured feedback to Management and advising on status changes.
  • Foster positive team dynamics through regular communication, guidance, and conflict resolution, escalating critical matters to leadership in a timely

Core Requirements

. Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma graduate(Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, Bio-related field etc).
  • Possession of a valid Class 3/3A Driving License with at least 2 years of driving experience (experience driving van is an advantage)

. Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in operations scheduling, resource tracking, and managing large teams (Manufacturing, Production Plant, Logistics)
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel for data management.
  • Exceptional communication and conflict management skills with the ability to interface with diverse stakeholders and higher management.

  • Medically fit and physically capable of walking long distances in outdoor settings and carrying heavy objects as required.
