Field Network Engineer (East based)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Network Engineer to manage the on-site configuration and deployment of network infrastructure and connected hardware. This role is primarily field-based, with the majority of work located in the East side of Singapore. You will be responsible for ensuring all equipment is configured correctly and successfully integrated into the network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Configuration: Perform on-site configuration and commissioning of Layer 2 and Layer 3 hardware.

• Equipment Integration: Configure and set up other devices attached to the network (peripherals, endpoints, etc.).

• Service Deployment: Execute hardware setups, including firmware updates and connectivity testing to ensure service readiness.

• On-Site Troubleshooting: Resolve physical and network-layer connectivity issues during the deployment phase.

• East-Focus Operations: Manage a daily schedule primarily focused on sites within the East region.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Singapore Citizens only (required for security clearance purposes).

• Strictly no criminal record candidates must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.

• Independent and disciplined, with the ability to manage travel between site locations efficiently.

• Note: This is a mobile field role however, a driving license is not required.
