Salt Talent Search is looking for Field Marketing Specialist for a 12 months extendable contract role
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Marketing Specialist to support clients APAC mid-market sales and marketing teams.
This role is focused on execution excellence - bringing marketing programs to life, coordinating activities across the region, and ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns that drive pipeline and support sales success. You'll play a key role in supporting revenue growth across APAC by ensuring marketing initiatives are executed with precision and impact.
What You'll Do
Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Support the execution of field marketing programs aligned to regional and global priorities
- Coordinate marketing activities including events, campaigns and sales initiatives
- Manage logistics such as scheduling, venue booking, travel arrangements, and vendors
- Ensure consistency with brand and messaging guidelines across all materials
- Partner closely with mid-market sales teams to support pipeline generation and deal acceleration activities
- Assist in preparing and distributing sales and marketing materials for customer engagement
- Help ensure campaigns and initiatives are delivered effectively at a regional level
Operations, Budget & Reporting
- Maintain accurate data in marketing systems and databases
- Track campaign execution and support reporting on program performance
- Ensure data accuracy to enable reliable insights and decision-making
- Assist with tracking marketing spend and maintaining budget records
- Ensure activities align with operational processes and company policies
What Do you need:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, marketing operations, or a related role (preferably within SaaS or enterprise technology)
- A team player who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and supporting shared outcomes
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, with high accuracy in data entry and program coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and external partners
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience working in APAC markets is a plus
- Proficiency in Korean is highly regarded
