Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Specialist to drive Cobos brand visibility, community engagement, and lead generation across the APAC region. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role that combines regional campaign execution, event marketing, and digital engagement - including social media. Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute integrated field marketing campaigns, including virtual and in-person events, roundtables, partner activations, and sponsored conferences
- Manage Cobos regional social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Telegram, etc.) to grow engagement and communicate thought leadership
- Create, localize, and publish content that resonates with institutional and B2B Web3 audiences
- Align closely with the Sales and BD teams to support account-based marketing efforts and track lead generation results
- Own end-to-end logistics for field programs - from planning to execution to post-event reporting
- Track campaign performance, analyze social media metrics and ROI, and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and public-facing communications
Job Requirements:
- Minimally 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with exposure to both event/field execution and digital content or social media
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Experience in tech, SaaS, fintech, or Web3 preferred
- Strong writing and communication skills; ability to tailor content to platform and audience
- Familiar with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and social scheduling platforms
