Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead demand generation, event marketing, and regional growth initiatives.
This individual contributor role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, driving regional marketing programs that generate qualified leads, strengthen partnerships, and accelerate pipeline growth. You will work cross-functionally with the Sales, Business Development, and Product teams to deliver high-impact events and campaigns that foster meaningful engagement with enterprise clients, developers, and partners across the Web3 ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated field marketing strategies that align with overall sales and corporate objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage virtual and in-person events, including trade shows, roundtables, and community engagements, to drive brand visibility and qualified pipeline.
- Partner closely with Sales and Business Development teams to design and support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end logistics for field programs from strategic planning and vendor coordination to on-site execution and post-campaign reporting.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, measuring key metrics and ROI to continuously optimize strategies and outcomes.
- Manage the field marketing budget and external vendor relationships effectively.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets, communications, and public-facing materials.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of B2B tech marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a field or event marketing role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational and execution skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in fintech or Web3 industries preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and platforms.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Customer.io).
