Job Description

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies across APAC, including field, digital, and multichannel programmes.
  • Define and manage the regional event roadmap - covering executive engagements, industry conferences, partner activations, and flagship experiences.
  • Lead digital demand generation initiatives across email, social platforms, paid channels, SEO/SEM, ABM, and retargeting.
  • Build fullfunnel campaign motions that contribute directly to pipeline creation and revenue outcomes.
  • Work closely with sales leaders to support accountbased strategies, territory priorities, and growth acceleration activities.
  • Localise messaging, product narratives, and campaign materials to ensure regional relevance.
  • Oversee relationships with regional agencies, vendors, event partners, and sponsorship stakeholders.
  • Manage planning and execution for all regional events, including communications, partner alignment, and sales enablement.
  • Use data to guide decisionmaking - monitor performance metrics, optimise programmes, and report on ROI and funnel health.
  • Create compelling storytelling, thoughtleadership initiatives, and content frameworks that support awareness and demand.
  • Own regional marketing budgets, forecast spending, and track performance against investment.

A successful Marketing Manager APAC should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in progressive B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, data, fintech or technology driven environments.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing regional marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong experience driving pipeline and revenue outcomes, not just activity metrics.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • A degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
