Field Inspection Officer

Contract Period

• 2 to 3 Years Contract.
• Expected Date of Starting: 1 July 2026

Working Days / Week & Timing

• 6 Days per week (Monday to Saturday)
• 44 hours per week (staggered within schedule)
• Typical hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• May be required: After hours / weekends / public holidays.
• Overtime for urgent inspections

Scope of Works

• Conduct inspections at fumigation sites across Singapore
• Visit approximately 4-6 sites per day
• Check permits and basic compliance at site
• Observe safety practices during fumigation activities
• Take photos and record inspection findings
• Complete inspection checklists and simple reports
• Report any non-compliance or issues observed
• Travel to industrial locations (e.g. Tuas, Jurong, Changi)
• Follow daily inspection schedule and instructions
• Support urgent or ad-hoc inspections when required

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary education (N Level or equivalent)
• Able to read, write and communicate in English
• Physically fit (site work + travel)
• Comfortable working in industrial environments
• Basic smartphone usage (photos & reporting)
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
• Willing to travel Islandwide and work 6 days/week
