How You Can Make An Impact

In this Inside Sales role, you are at the heart of revenue growth for the Singapore market. You build trusted relationships remotely and turn data into concrete opportunities.

  • Drive revenue growth within assigned customers and segments through structured outreach by phone, email and digital channels.
  • Grow sales in underpenetrated regions or accounts and complement the activities of the field sales team with targeted inside-sales campaigns.
  • Take ownership of the end‑to‑end tender process – from identifying relevant opportunities to coordinating inputs, preparing documentation and submitting bids on time.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and commercial proposals, ensuring pricing, terms and product configurations match customer needs and internal guidelines.
  • Build and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline for your account portfolio, keeping progression and next steps transparent.
  • Keep CRM data clean and meaningful so that forecasts are reliable and risks or upsides are clearly visible.
  • Conduct customer visits when business opportunities justify in-person relationship development.

What Sets You Apart

  • Bring a diploma in Business, Life Sciences or a related field – or comparable experience in a commercial, customer-facing environment.
  • Experience in inside sales, customer management or sales support helps you move confidently in a target‑driven setting
  • Familiarity with quotation and tender/bid processes (commercial and basic legal aspects) is a clear advantage.
  • Comfortable engaging customers remotely: you communicate clearly, ask the right questions and translate technical and commercial information into simple, compelling messages.
  • Working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office feels natural, and you use data to prioritize, follow up and close.
  • A structured working style helps you juggle tenders, opportunities and day‑to‑day requests without losing sight of deadlines.
  • Curious by nature – you enjoy learning about products, applications and customer workflows and use that knowledge to create value in every interaction.
