Field Engineer(Security Systems)

Role Overview: We are seeking a Field Engineer to lead the end-to-end management of security system projects, including CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Access Control, and Audio/Video Intercom systems. You will ensure successful implementation from installation to commissioning, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee assigned projects for security system installations, ensuring strict adherence to budget, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.

• Site Implementation: Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning phases. Supervise on-site subcontractors to ensure work quality aligns with approved drawings and technical instructions.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise effectively with Architects, Consultants, Main Contractors, and Interior Designers to communicate progress, ensure technical compliance, and manage variation claims.

• Resource Management: Handle the procurement of materials and coordinate timely site deliveries to support project milestones.

• Documentation & Handover: Maintain accurate project documentation, including updating shop drawings, floor plans, and single-line diagrams prior to handover to the Maintenance Department.

• Customer Engagement: Conduct comprehensive user training on installed systems. Address customer feedback or complaints promptly by implementing corrective and preventive actions.

• Reporting: Attend site meetings and provide regular status reports, forecasts, and technical issue updates to key stakeholders.
