What you will do

Keep technology reliable

• Maintain and service medical equipment, focusing on safety, reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform routine checks to ensure uptime and confidence for clinicians.

Be hands-on in the field

• Provide technical support directly at client sites in Singapore.
• Work closely with the AXONVIS team to deliver service that inspires trust.

Represent innovation with integrity

• Act as the face of AXONVIS in every engagement, reflecting our values of innovation, integrity and impact.
• Share feedback from the field to strengthen our collective knowledge.

What success looks like

• Devices maintained and serviced to high safety standards.
• Clients confident in AXONVIS support and reliability.
• Issues resolved quickly and effectively with clear communication.

Who you are

• Based in Singapore (required).
• Experience in medical equipment servicing, biomedical engineering or related technical roles.
• Strong problem-solving ability, technical curiosity and attention to detail.
• Independent, responsible and collaborative.
