Make an Impact by:

• Assist Field Engineers in onsite fault attendance and maintenance activities.
• Support installation, testing, and troubleshooting of equipment and network services.
• Perform basic health checks and verification during site visits.
• Update job status, maintenance records, and daily activity reports.
• Coordinate with TAC, controllers, and customers for appointment arrangements.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed during field operations.
• Support documentation and escalation processes when required
