Field Engineer Intern

Responsibilities

. Assist in identifying potential customers and conducting market research.

. Support lead generation and maintain customer information in the CRM system.

. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals and technical documentation.

. Learn about the company's products and recommend suitable solutions under guidance.

. Respond to basic customer enquiries and escalate technical issues when required.

. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on product information and quotations.

. Participate in customer meetings, product presentations and site visits with the sales team.

. Build product knowledge and support technical sales activities.

Requirements

. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.

. Strong interest in technical sales, engineering solutions and business development.

. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

. Willing to learn and interact with customers.

. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

. Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
