Support field installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities for AEM equipment.
Work closely with senior engineers to resolve equipment and system issues at customer sites.
Assist in diagnosing and resolving product quality, reliability, and functionality concerns.
Maintain a high level of responsiveness in closing customer service requests and escalations.
Provide timely updates and technical support to customers under the guidance of senior team members.
Assist in developing and maintaining Best Known Methods (BKM), Work Instructions (WI), Technical Service Bulletins (TSB), and other service documentation.
Follow established safety, quality, and operational procedures during all service activities.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and other internal teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and reduce recurring field issues.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Candidates with up to 1 year of field service or technical support experience will have an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Windows-based systems.
Hands-on with mechanical and electrical equipment, tools, and testing instruments.
Knowledge of troubleshooting electronic, electromechanical, mechanical, or fluid handling systems is advantageous.
Experience in Semiconductor Test Equipment, FT (Final Test), or ATE (Automated Test Equipment) is a plus but not required.

Able to lift equipment and tools when required.
Able to stand for extended periods during equipment installation and servicing.
Comfortable working in confined spaces or elevated areas when necessary.
Willing to travel within Singapore and overseas for customer support and training assignments
