2. Assignment

The job holder is responsible for Demand Creation & Design Win for ELMOS Semiconductor Asia.

Works closely with Sales, Marketing,BD, Distributor to achieve this objective.
Provide technical support to the Elmos customers to ensure successful product adoption in customer applications.

Responsibilities:

. Deliver Elmos technical presentations, product training, and demos to customers.

. Support customer in product development, troubleshooting and debugging technical problems in the customer application.

. Building up reference designs and writing application notes.

. Gather customer feedback, market insights, and analyze competitor products to support new product roadmap planning (NPI).

. Generate visit reports with every customer visit.

Competencies:

. Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.

. 3-5 years working experience in electronics or semiconductors product development or field application support in automotive or industrial industry.

. Strong Knowledge in MCU, Analogue, Mixed signal, Power ICs.

. Experience in motor driver & controls, LED driver and sensors will be valuable.

. Experience in hardware analysis & troubleshooting skills.

. Basic use of tools such as Schematics/PCB layout, simulation tools, oscilloscope.

. Basic knowledge of MCU, and C languages.

. Customer-support oriented.

. Proficient in reading and writing Chinese language.
