We are seeking a motivated Field Application Scientist (FAS) to support our genomics product portfolio through customer training, technical support, troubleshooting, and pre-sales application support. Training will be provided by our principals and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for genomics workflows and products.
  • Conduct customer training and application support.
  • Support sales teams with product demonstrations and technical discussions.
  • Serve as the technical expert for assigned products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor technologies.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to achieve team goals.

Requirements

  • Degree in Biomedical Science, Genomics, Genetics, Molecular Biology, or related field (MSc/PhD preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of short-/long-read sequencing, qPCR, dPCR & lab automation is required.
  • Experience in sequencing data analysis, & software competency is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical & real-time, systematic problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication
  • Self-motivated and customer-focused.
