Base Location: Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Support network deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Assist senior engineers with remote and onsite technical support.
- Participate in POC projects and basic network testing.
- Perform device health checks and basic maintenance.
- Support technical consultation and customer training.
- Gain hands-on experience with networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT solutions.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, networking, routing & switching, and cybersecurity.
- Good communication skills and English proficiency.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable working with customers.
- Knowledge of VMware / AWS / Azure / GCP is a plus.
- CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CCSP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
