Job Summary
Support customers by providing technical expertise and resolving engineering issues for USB HUB, Type-C PD, Re-driver, and Card Reader products, ensuring successful product development and project execution.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for USB HUB, Type-C PD, Re-driver, and Card Reader products to address customer engineering needs
- Diagnose and resolve engineering and system-level issues during customer product development phases
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to coordinate and ensure smooth project execution
- Deliver on-site or remote technical guidance to customers to facilitate problem resolution and product optimization
- Apply problem-solving skills to analyze technical challenges and develop effective solutions
- Communicate clearly and work independently to meet customer and project requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Control Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, or related fields
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) to support effective communication with diverse stakeholders
- Solid understanding of PCB hardware design principles and practices
- Experience with firmware coding is advantageous for enhanced technical support
