Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and application support of diagnostic products to clientele.
- Conduct project evaluations and system validations
- Responsible for customer training & experiment design for evaluations/ validations
- Write up validation and standard operating protocols, and technical reports
- Respond to all inquiries and support requests (pre and post sales) in a timely manner
- Analysis of market situation and competitor information in related industry and actively provide counter measures
- Provide product and application/ technical training for customers, sales & distributors
- through application development and support
- Deliver seminars/ trainings during workshops and conferences
- Support sales team and marketing team in order to achieve growth target as team and identify feedback and product/ marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Degree or MSc in in molecular biology, genetics, biostatistics or related field in life sciences
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in application support environment experience in immunoassay/ serology skills (immunofluorescent, ELISA, western blot and microscope) would be advantage
- Ability to provide support for complaints, troubleshooting and address customers concerns
- Eloquent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and problem solving skills able to work independently and in a Team
- Frequent travel 20% to 30% in the SEA region
