Field Application Engineer / Electronics Engineer (MCU/Power/Analog)

Location: East/Central

We are looking for a Field Application Engineer (FAE) / Electronics Engineer to provide hands-on technical support to customers during product evaluation, design-in, and development stages. This role bridges engineering, customers, and sales, and is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving real-world technical challenges and working closely with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and application guidance to customers on electronic components and solutions (MCU, analog, power, sensors, etc.)

• Support design-in activities, including schematic review, reference design guidance, and troubleshooting during product development

• Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, seminars, and technical training for customers

• Work closely with sales, suppliers, and principals to drive technical solutions and demand creation

• Assist customers in debugging hardware, firmware, and system-level issues

• Prepare technical documentation, application notes, reports, and presentation materials

• Liaise with suppliers/principals on technical issues, new product introductions, and solution alignment

• Perform on-site and remote support as required (local and occasional overseas travel)

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in electronics, embedded systems, or semiconductor industry

• Hands-on knowledge in one or more of the following:

  • MCU / Embedded systems

  • Analog & power electronics

  • PCB schematic & layout understanding

• Troubleshooting and debugging skills at board and system level
