FICC Credit Support/Front Office Application Support

The Front Office (FO) FICC Credit Support team is responsible for providing production support and operational oversight for a diverse portfolio of business-critical applications used by Front Office trading, sales, and risk management functions within the FICC Credit business across the region.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual contributor to join our MAPS Production Support team. The successful candidate will work closely with Front Office users, Application Development teams, Infrastructure Support, Global Production Support teams, and senior business stakeholders to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of key trading and risk platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electronics, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant technology experience in application support, production management, or related functions.
• Strong Unix/Linux administration skills.
• Strong SQL knowledge and troubleshooting experience.
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages, including Unix Shell and Perl.
• Experience working in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Investment Banking experience is advantageous.
