FF&E Interior Designer

Responsibilities:
. Work on ultra-luxury residential projects, both locally and internationally.
. Interpret design briefs and create FF&E concepts and presentations.
. Source and propose furniture, fixtures, equipment and accessories.
. Prepare mood boards, hand sketching, images and detailed FF&E schedules.
. Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers, consultants and clients on sourcing and procurement.

Requirements:
. Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
. 3 to 5 years of FF&E design experience in high-end luxury hospitality projects
. Highly proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop and 3D presentation software
. Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills
