Redstone Search Group are working with a food and agricultural trading house / processer who are looking to develop a global fertilizer trading business.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Establish a book to trade fertilizers like Urea, Nitrogen's Phosphates, sulphur across Southeast Asia, Middle East and Africa
- Develop and implement a business plan working closely with the board of directors
- Utilize existing credit facility and client relationships within the agricultural and food space, offering products within the fertilizer basket
- Build a global network of suppliers and customers with the fertilizer space
- Role reports to the Director of Marketing & Board
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Minium of 5 years experience in a physical fertilizer trading, marketing or sales position, ideally with a focus on Southeast Asia, Middle East and/or Africa
- Strong and portable relationships to establish a global trading book
- Proven and profitable PnL record
- Excellent relationship management, origination and negotiation skills, with high attention to detail
- Located in Singapore or Dubai
