MCS Group is seeking a dynamic individual with experience in the Ferrous market to join our team as a Ferrous Broker. This role will focus on expanding our ferrous business, with a particular emphasis on fostering relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients to expand market presence.
. Manage and nurture existing client accounts to increase business offerings and services provided.
. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions to clients.
. Distribute relevant pricing and unique data produced by MCS Group to clients.
. Present new product launches and initiatives to clients.
. Achieve quarterly and annual KPIs to drive overall business revenue.
. Provide structured and professional monthly reports to management.
Requirements:
. Existing relationships within the iron ore/steel markets preferred but not essential.
. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
. Minimum of 2-5 years of broking experience or commodities sales experience.
. Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
. Confident, professional, and approachable demeanor.
. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
. Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
. Team player with excellent communication skills.
