FATORY DIRECTOR

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Factory Director to oversee and manage the overall operations of our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the factory's production, operational planning, workforce management, and ensuring efficiency in manufacturing processes.

The Factory Director will play a key leadership role in driving operational excellence, maintaining high production standards, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations of the factory including production, planning and workforce management

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency

• Manage production planning, scheduling and resource allocation

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, operational standards and quality control procedures

• Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for process improvement

• Lead and manage factory personnel including supervisors, engineers and operators

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics and management teams to ensure smooth operations

• Prepare operational reports and performance analysis for senior management

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management or related field

• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing or factory operations management

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and operational planning

• Proven ability to improve operational efficiency and productivity

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
