The Opportunity

Kick-start your career with our Fast Forward Programme, a full-time structured development programme designed to accelerate your growth in the automotive industry. Through a combination of hands-on experience, structured learning and mentorship from experienced professionals, you will develop valuable skills while gaining exposure to the service standards of a globally recognised automotive brand.

Customer Experience Track

As a Customer Service Hero, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and memorable service experience for our customers while developing strong communication and relationship management skills.

Customer Support & Communication: Manage bookings, enquiries and complaints professionally while clearly explaining vehicle service or repair needs.

Coordination & Service Follow-Up: Work with the workshop to ensure timely job completion and keep customers updated on progress.

Customer Satisfaction & Improvement: Build trust with customers, gather feedback and assist in improving service processes.

Requirements

  • Nitec or Diploma in: Automotive, Engineering, Customer Service, Hospitality or related disciplines
  • Strong interest in the automotive industry
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good communication and the ability to work effectively in a team
